Since I was born and raised in Louisiana and around cajun french speaking people, I wanted to name my site/business after my culture, thus my business name, "Le' Gateaux". I make wedding, groom's cakes, anniversary, birthday and any occasion cakes to your specifications. I make all my cakes from the freshest ingredients. Cake layers are a generous 4 inches tall per tier or better. If you want elegant cakes, you've come to the right place!! I use buttercream frosting to decorate my cakes which is flavored with the best vanilla flavoring which I make myself. Flowers can be made from buttercream or gum paste. I can not do fresh flowers on cakes; however, I will be happy to coordinate with your florist for this service. I offer fillings for cakes at an extra charge. Liquor fillings and liquor soaked cakes are also available. PLEASE NOTE: No liquor cakes or cakes with liquor fillings can be sold to anyone under the age of 21 years of age due to the alcoholic content!!!
